As part of our welcoming process, new employees participate in three half days of “core” learning experiences - orientation, quality principles, communication and problem solving - designed to equip every new employee with a sense of shared mission – and a shared understanding of the company’s history, innovations, objectives and commitment to quality across every phase of operations.
We host New Employee Lunches with one – or all – of our top executives, giving senior management the opportunity to meet new hires and employees the opportunity to engage with company leadership from day one.
For us, it is absolutely critical that we not only make all new hires feel welcome, but also provide each one with the support and tools that will assist them in making smooth and effective transitions into their new roles.
