PartnerConnect is an innovative feature of Welch Allyn’s Partners in CareSM service program that allows software installations, updates, and upgrades to be delivered and performed remotely. It also enables preemptive service capabilities, allowing our Partners in Care Technical Support Center to remotely view your devices and system configuration—with your authorization—in real time via the Internet to:
- Speed call resolution and reduce downtime
