Customer On-Site Training

Customer On-Site training will be held at a customer provided or specified location and is customized for the customers' specific training needs. Customer On-Site training is priced on project-by-project basis.
Items to take into consideration for planning and pricing:

  • Site location: Customer on-site class room or leased local class room.
  • Class size:
    • 6-10 students (one trainer)
    • 11-20 students (additional Trainer needed)
  • Number of Product(s) to be trained:
    • Additional products can reduce total training price per course. Many of the products use the same equipment for training.
  • Shipping Equipment - If customer can provide some of the equipment for training, this will help reduce the shipping cost.(Note: To service these products, a biomed shop will need the same equipment used in training.)
    • The typical amount of equipment shipped for 5 training stations (two students per station)takes approximately 16, 24x24x24 boxes. (Note:Equipment needed for servicing products and for training, is listed in the product Service Manual)
